Legislative Audit is committed to ensuring the privacy of your confidential information. Our web site does not actively gather or share any personal information. The web server does generate temporary logs that contain the following information:

  • Internet address of the computer being used
  • Web pages requested
  • Referring web page
  • Browser used
  • Date and time of the request

The data is used in aggregate by system administrators to monitor the web site for its efficiency and is not ordinarily associated with specific individuals. Since Legislative Audit is a state agency, any information collected in the temporary log files or in emails sent to the web site may be subject to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act.
