• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Have an understanding of basic accounting knowledge and how transactions flow through a general ledger and financial statements.
• Strong communication skills both in writing and in person.
• Analyze audit documentation
• Ability to understand and assess internal controls

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting
• Eligible to sit for the CPA examination
• Minimum GPA of a 3.0 or higher, either overall or in accounting classes, is strongly desired.
